1. 30-DAY REFUND/RETURN/EXCHANGE GUARANTEE
Please email artistryluxe1@gmail.com regarding refunds or returns.
Our refund policy lasts 30 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If your order is defected, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us within 30 days of reception of the items, along with your order number to artistryluxe1@gmail.com. After verifying the defects/damage we will provide you with either an exchange or refund. Please note that if more than 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.
Once your refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please kindly note that it can take up to 5 business days for the payment to show on your account, (depending on your payment method) after the refund has been processed.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will pay and arrange a way for you to return the defected item back to our closest business warehouse. Please email artistryluxe1@gmail.com regarding this matter.
2. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
3. WHAT IS PROOF OF PURCHASE?
Please email artistryluxe1@gmail.com with order number, email and full name.
If you made your purchase through our website, we may be able to locate your order using your email address, name, or shipping address. If the product was a gift, you may ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt or claim the warranty on your behalf.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATIONS
After your order has been placed, you only have 1-2 days to cancel or edit your order. After 2 days the order will be placed into fulfillment. If this happens to you contact artistryluxe1@gmail.com immediately.
